Close your eyes and imagine yourself, lost in the middle of Tuscany, its valleys, its curves, captivated by its light and its magical aura! It is Clos Sainte-Anne which inspires this comparison to the Courselle sisters. A magnificent terroir "nestled away from the tumult of the world" on hillsides of clayey gravel. This magnificent sweet wine is obtained by passeurillage (concentration by the action of the sun) and/or using Botrytis Cinerea (fungus also called "noble rot"). Quince jelly, rhubarb tart, freshly peeled lychees, aromas of verbena... Don't all these smells remind you of your grandmother's cooking? No heaviness for this sweet Cadillac! It is subtle, particularly fresh and delicately sweet. A lovely nugget to taste!
