Preface, from Latin prae: before and fari: to speak. Pierre-Jean did not choose this name at random. Not only does it allow you to understand its range but above all, it is the first in the field. With this seductive vintage, the winemaker offers us a wine that is racy and peppery on the nose, and delicate and generous on the palate. The supple tannins result from 12 months of aging in 500 liter barrels and demi-muids.
