Another great demonstration of plot selection! A rich and aromatic wine, with an intense and ripe nose (dried apricot, candied fruit, toasted with beautiful notes of citrus zest for freshness). The palate is full, generous, aromatic and leaves a slight touch of sweetness on the tip of the tongue and is accompanied by a beautiful aromatic persistence. Aging on lees for 11 months in casks enhances the terroir and offers great aging potential.
