The Gueule de Loup vintage is made from vines coming from a clay-limestone cirque with intrusions of flint. The climate is cool, which is rare in Provence. The idea of this cuvée is to offer a "counter wine", simple, digestible, which takes up the guiding lines of the Château: fruit, freshness and color. This is why the winemaking method is very particular: it is the end of pressing of red and white grapes. This original mix, to say the least, gives this cuvée a lot of charm and fruitiness. The dress is lively. On the nose, red and stone fruits dominate, then are competed by subtle notes of leather and minerality. Its slightly tangy acidity. It's not a serious wine, but it should be drunk "seriously"! Gluttony, pleasure, joy and good humor will be present when opening this bottle.
