This young Irancy from Domaine La Manufacture embodies the very essence of Burgundy. Produced on Kimmeridgian soils and limestone marls. Vignified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats then aged in stainless steel vats, it expresses silky tannins accompanied by lively acidity. Notes of ripe red fruit and floral which are balanced by a discreet minerality.
