Under this appellation, Grenache reigns supreme. Accompanied by Syrah, Mourvèdre and Counoise, the “Du Soleil à la Terre” cuvée from Dauvergne Ranvier is warm and powerful. The grapes were picked when fully ripe, the wine was then aged for one year. A beautiful sensation of ripe black fruits is revealed on the nose after a little aeration. The aromas then evolve towards notes of coffee and pepper. The warm mouthfeel is pleasant and calls for you to come back for more.
