RED / DOMAINE AUGUSTIN Collioure Alix Parce 2020 75cl

The estate's vines are planted on non-mechanizable slopes. Several old historic plots were used in the production of the Alix Parcé vintage. Half of the wine was aged in barrels and the other half in vats. The wine is bottled after 18 months of aging. This cuvée reveals a color reminiscent of cherry, we find kirsch aromas on the nose; black fruit and toasted aromas. Beautiful freshness on the palate, supported by a silky tannin.
