“Les Chaillets” refers to the Condrieu terraces composed of biotite granite. It is on this very particular terroir that the Viognier of this vintage is grown. On the nose, the wine releases aromas typical of the white grape variety: apricot, peach, flowers and honey. We also perceive some notes of sweet spices and grilled dried fruits. The palate is generous, dense and very delicious. The freshness of the granite gives great persistence to this wine.
