“Perdrizière” is THE prestige cuvée, a true signature of the estate. This Gamay Saint-Romain, typical of the appellation, combines red fruits and spices, substance and vitality. The palate, again well defined and frank, remains very generous and presents a beautiful volume. A few smoky notes are added to the subtle but very present perception of tannins. A nice wine to keep, certainly!
