Cuvée in homage to Omar Khayyâm, Persian poet and mathematician, Muslim of the 11th century. Author of several hundred quatrains celebrating wine and women, and philosopher of “Carpe Diem”.
Blending of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties in vats and 100% destemming. Aging for 9 months in barrels for 30% of the wine. This is the oriental from Mas de Libian, the warmest of the range.
