Domaine Le Roc presents “Don Quixote” as their little pride. At Marcon, we immediately understand why: this vintage, which is both warm and friendly, is nevertheless of such great complexity. Coming from a completely elitist plot selection, the juices during vinification are neither fined nor filtered in order to preserve all the naturalness of the fruit. On the nose, the spices dominate proudly and clearly. Behind, the bouquet becomes more complex with beautiful aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant) and raspberry. The very expressive palate nevertheless offers particularly silky tannins. A fruity, juicy, very suave wine…
