“Baptiste” is the name of Christophe and Chrystel’s first boy. Another beautiful demonstration of plot selection of old Syrah vines. To add more complexity, the harvest of the bunches on the same vine takes place over several weeks in order to obtain a more concentrated berry. The result is as good as a beautiful Saint-Joseph. A gourmet wine with peppery notes. It is marked by incredible freshness and a beautiful spicy finish.
