Le Trescol is the result of the exceptional collaboration between Olivier Jullien of Mas Jullien and Didier Michel, winegrower in the Tarn. It is cultivated on vines planted at an altitude of 350 meters on limestone terraces of Aveyron. , not far from Marcillac. Vinified organically, this cuvée matures for 18 months in the age-old Fleurines cellars of Copeyre to benefit from cool temperatures.
