“C de Centeilles” is “the culmination of a winegrower’s life” Patricia Domergue tells us. The result of this hard work of research, recognition and identification of grape varieties, planting, etc... makes it possible to sublimate 4 forgotten grape varieties and reveal all their singularity. The nose is pleasant: lots of red fruits (raspberry, morello cherries, etc.), enhanced by notes of liquorice and garrigue. The palate is very delicious, accompanied by supple and melted tannins, as well as lots of freshness thanks to aging for 12 to 18 months in stainless steel vats.
