This cuvée comes mainly from Mourvèdre to which are added Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. On the nose, we smell crushed blackcurrant and other black fruits, then spices and scents of scrubland. The palate is balanced thanks to the freshness brought by the Carignan. The woods are very well integrated. This wine is a great promise that we will be delighted to reopen in a few years to see how it evolves.
