First white wine from Chapelle St Mathieu in Aniane! The wine comes from vines grown on clay-limestone soil in the town of Aniane. After vinification, the wine is aged for 7 months in oak barrels and regular stirring. The nose is intense with very fruity aromas (peach, apricot) but also aromas of white flowers. Many nuances develop in the glass. The mouth is round and the acidity is present.
