The estate's one and only white vintage, this unusual blend of Grenache Gris, Chenin, Roussane and Terret Bourret on limestone soils is a true demonstration of terroir and energy. Aging takes place for 12 months in demi-muids then 5 months in stainless steel vats in order to maintain its palatability. It offers a bouquet mixing floral notes, white-fleshed fruits finishing with a subtle anise touch. This aromatic complexity on the palate is combined with minerality and sapidity. All the energy and freshness of the wine are confirmed with the minty finish which calls for a next sip.
