This wine comes from raisined grapes. This phenomenon is partly due to the Foehn, the emblematic wind of the Pyrenees. This allows the grapes to be more concentrated in sugar, and provides superb aromas of exotic fruits, pineapple, dried apricot and spices. A passage in barrel brings a rich substance and toasted notes. To benefit from its incredible freshness, you can taste it in its youth, and to discover its underlying truffle aromas, do not hesitate to wait a few years, this wine has a strong aging potential.
