RED / CHATEAU DU POUEY Madiran Cuvee Eden 2021 75cl

This vintage comes from ariglo-loamy-gravelly hillsides facing South-East. Eden undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 to 5 days before vatting for 15 to 20 days and aging for 12 to 18 months in cement vats. This will allow a nice coating of tannins and preservation of fruity aromas. The nose is powerful and fruity with notes of red fruits, blackcurrant and spices. The result is a generous and balanced wine with round tannins and a very aromatic finish.
