“Aurélie” from La Préceptorie is a vintage tribute to Aurélie Pereira, a great winemaker at the Maury cooperative cellar. The Grenache noir vines planted on the schist terroirs typical of the appellation are harvested manually.
After spending 12 months in vats, this Vin Doux Naturel reveals itself. Notes of prune, quince, accompanied by toasted cocoa. The palate is complex, powerful, full of tone. All round, however, the wine remains very harmonious. The finale persists… Persists… Intensely.
