Meeting the criteria of the AOC “Minervois La Livinière” appellation, the “Clos Centeilles” vintage owes a lot to Mourvèdre. The Mourvèdre gains an exceptional quality of maturation. Syrah brings the harmony of its very ripe tannins; As for the Grenache Noir, picked as roasted as possible, its heat will bind everything together in a softness that belongs only to it. Everything is aged in concrete vats to keep only the fruit and purity. So this is indeed a real wine to keep. Of the estate's wines, Clos Centeilles is the one which seems to us to have had the most regular and promising qualitative rise in bottle.
