For this vintage, the grapes are harvested on two plots at the foot of the Pommard hill. The Pinot Noir vines are 50 years old on tumbled stone soil, which allows them to reach great maturity. Aging takes place on fine lees without racking and lasts 10 to 20 months for greater complexity. A rich and grandiose vintage for this year 2018, with aromatic complexity on ripe fruits, tannins with great power, specific to the Pommard terroir, and preserved freshness.
