This vintage is vinified on a clay-limestone terroir before undergoing vatting for 70 to 90 days then aging for 36 months, including 24 months in barrels. All these steps will give "Maghani" a pretty garnet color and allow it to have a wide aromatic palette. The nose is powerful with aromas of ripe red and black fruits as well as some spicy notes. A very nice structure on the palate with a nice balance between the finesse of the fruits and powerful tannins. The notes of chocolate and peony will evolve into more complex aromas of morello cherry, spices and blond tobacco. A wine to keep with great aromatic power!
