This Sancerre from old Sauvignon Blanc vines on clay-limestone terroirs typical of the appellation has undergone aging in stainless steel vats for 6 months to maintain its freshness and tension. The color is pale yellow with deep golden highlights. The first nose, intense and complex, takes us to aromas of elderflower, acacia but also wildflower honey. Then come the notes of English candy and the fruity notes of pineapple. The attack on the palate is fresh and very supple. The citrus and lemony notes provide a nice balance and a nice tangy finish.
