The Jourde vintage is the flagship vintage of Chapelle St Mathieu. The wine is made from three typical Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. The wines are aged in barrels for 9 months. The nose presents a beautiful fruitiness, ripe and opulent with light notes of oak. The palate presents a beautiful finesse, with juicy and ripe fruit. Notes of pepper come to the fore, continued by the tannic structure of this sunny wine. Good aging potential
