Blend of Chardonnay and Tressallier, a native grape variety of the appellation on clay-sand-loam soils. The Chardonnay fermented for 2 months in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest with light stirring, the Tressallier fermented in stainless steel vats. Then the two are assembled in stainless steel vats where they will wait 9 months. Neither filtered nor pasted. Nice wine with a mineral structure provided by Tressallier.
