Here the grapes come from old Syrah vines planted on the Côte terroirs, where “the ripeness is always exceptional” Julien Pilon tells us. Thanks to his mastery of winemaking and aging, the winemaker offers us a deep, concentrated, fruity, round, ample nectar with a beautiful aromatic persistence. More than half of the vintage remains in whole clusters, the other is destemmed and crushed. Aging lasts 18 months in 500L barrels, 30% of which is new wood. A great jewel of elegance and complexity.
