Just like its red sister, “La Grande Cuvée” white version comes from the most beautiful plots, perched at an altitude of 150 meters. The Viogniers and Chardonnays are aged separately, one in stainless steel vats, the other in barrels and on lees. Here the Orliacs seek a balance between freshness and roundness. Challenge succeeds! An elegant wine, with beautiful complexity and great fullness. A beautiful southern white.
