The flagship vintage of Domaine des Moirots, this Montagny 1er Cru is produced from one of the best terroirs of the appellation, the Vieux Chateau climate, with clay-limestone soil. Vinified in barrels (2/3) and in cement vats (1/3), and aged on fine lees for 10 months, it expresses minerality, suppleness and lots of fruit. Notes of orchard fruits, buttered toast and vanilla.
