This cuvée is developed on the soles of brown and calcareous soils on the foot of the mountain of the Séranne. The vines are planted on slopes of 10 to 30% and between 150 and 250 meters altitude. The lift lasts 18 months for the major part in a barrel of 300 or 400 liters and another part in a concrete cube. A fresh and powerful alliance wine.
