“Never without you” refers to the motto of the village of Chiomonte in Sardinia. It is a nod from Sébastien to his wine-growing origins and the small family farm created by his grandfather which gave him a passion for this profession. This 100% Gamay Noir cuvée with white juice follows a short maceration process to bring more freshness to the fruity aromas. Indeed, we find a scent of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) on the nose. What follows is a round and structured palate with silky tannins. The finish is long and slightly peppery.
