“Les Royes” is a clay-limestone arena with very exposed hillsides but still sheltered from the north wind. The vines even rub shoulders with vegetation with Mediterranean accents. This vintage is mainly aged in new barrels, bringing fat to this gourmet nectar. Flavors of vanilla, white flowers, pear and toasted hazelnut. A powerful wine, intensely woody and long in the mouth. Only 3000 bottles produced!
