This Saint-Joseph red is a blend of several plots of Syrah located in the northern part of the appellation. Aged for 12 months in barrels (part of which is in new wood), this nectar presents a complex bouquet of red fruits and fresh spices. There is even a hint of violet specific to the grape variety. The palate is full, nicely concentrated, delicate and persistent with very velvety tannins.
