This vintage is “a declaration of love to nature” from Sophie and Didier Simonini. Like all of the estate's wines, the vintage is produced using organic farming, the cardboard is made from recycled paper, the bottle is eco-designed in lighter glass, the capsule is recyclable, 100% Green. A nod to southern Africa that the couple explored together, and to the winegrower's roots in Saint-Etienne.
