This Clos de Breuilly cuvée is a plot selection of Chardonnay and Tressallier from the place called "le Clos". The grapes are sorted in the cellar then ferment for 2 months in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest. The wines undergo light stirring during their 10-month aging in barrels. They are neither filtered nor pasted. The Tressallier brings finesse, liveliness and freshness with its aromas of Granny apple and honeysuckle, while the Chardonnay brings body and roundness to the blend.
