Adeodat or “what God gives” is Augustin’s great vintage. It comes from the most beautiful plots of the estate, also the oldest. The Grenaches, gray and white, are pressed slowly, to keep only the best. The grains are vinified and aged in barrels, marking the wine with a mastered woodiness. Nice length.
