“Chez Coste” is a concentrate of the heart of the “Perdrizière” plot planted at an altitude of 400 meters in Gamay Saint Romain, the most beautiful of the estate. For this great vintage, vinification and aging are done in amphorae and all without added sulphites please! Produced in very small quantities (only 680 bottles!), “Chez Coste” is grandiose!
