The place called Bourrassol, planted with Chardonnay and Gamay, is located in the Châteaugay cru, in the commune of Ménétrol and gives its name to the vintage. The white wine (because “Bourrassol” also exists in red!), made from Chardonnay from the first harvest, is invigorating! The nose and palate are fruity (white-fleshed fruits) and supported by a nice acidity. To discover and savor as an aperitif!
