The name of this vintage is a nod to Pierre Cotton's family. Harvested manually on blue diorite soils, "100% Cotton" is vinified using carbonic maceration and aged in tuns and barrels for 8 months. Unfiltered, unfined wine with very little sulphites. This entire vinification process gives it a magnificent freshness and minerality on the nose. A full mouthfeel with aromas of fresh fruit and extreme finesse. A wine that we will never tire of sharing!
