The “Coume des loups” refers to the place of the same name, located at approximately 300 meters above sea level, in the small town of Saint-Paul-le-Fenouillet, in the heart of Roussillon. The estate's grape varieties are typical of the Catalan with Grenache Gris and Macabeu for the whites, constituting the Coume des Loups vintage.
The wine is aged in stainless steel vats to maintain all its freshness.The attack on the palate is frank, we succumb to the freshness of this vintage and the aromas of white-fleshed fruit and garrigue. A very nice balance for this Côtes Catalanes wine.
