A fresh and delicious 100% Syrah Ardèche wine. The 30-year-old vines are cultivated at an altitude of 350 meters on soil rich in basalt. A first selection of berries is made on the plot, and a second selection is made in the cellar. This makes it possible to vinify the most beautiful grapes. Domaine Arsac then carries out skin maceration for 5 weeks in a concrete vat, which will also be used to age the juice. No filtration. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits and spices. The basalt terroir gives a beautiful tannic structure. The palate is fresh and fleshy. In short, a beautiful, gourmet and distinguished Ardèche Syrah!
