To reveal this atypical terroir, Dimitri and Sébastien produce wines with great freshness and purity. Work in the vineyard is done on horseback, interventions in the vines are limited and have a biodynamic influence; organic compost with the estate's cows, herbal tea preparations, pruning and manual harvesting, native yeasts. A wine with a very nice balance with melted tannins. Grenache brings roundness and fruit, Syrah a beautiful structure and delicious aromas of black fruits mixed with peppery and floral notes.
