This wine is made in the same way as a Champagne method. Based on 60% Menu Pineau, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Chenin, the bubbles develop in the bottle for 36 months (like champagne). Its color is pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose is pleasant, notes of white fruits (vine peach...) and on the palate its fine bubbles will charm you. You be the judge !!!
