For this Pacherenc du Vic Bilh Sec, the Petit and Gros Manseng vines aged around twenty years are cultivated on hillsides. Partial aging for six months on fine lees brings great substance to this wine. Very aromatic, the nose is harmoniously balanced between citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit). The palate, with a very particular suppleness, remains very fresh, intense, almost lively. The amplitude and length are remarkable. Finally, the honeyed finish enhances the aspect of sweetness on this great dry white.
