Here, the winemaker has blended a majority of Gamay with Pinot noir. This fairly light but very fruity wine is particularly easy to drink and pleasant to drink. The cherry aroma typical of the grape varieties dominates. Pepp as well as a nice freshness are however brought by a framework of subtle spices. The suppleness on the palate is quite attractive. In short, this Saint-Pourçain red is a true wine of pleasure... We want more!
