Here we let the grapes and the terroir express themselves. The harvest is manual, the yeasts are native, sulfur is banned and the aging takes place in vats to preserve the purity of the fruit. Only vines over 40 years old are selected for this vintage for more intensity. The result offers an elegant, powerful, generous and fleshy wine. The nose is very Rhodanian; marked by black fruits, spices and garrigue herbs. The tannins on the palate are present but fine. They give structure and length to beautiful Vinsobres which surprises us with its freshness.
