The white “Petit Gus” cuvée from the Parcé brothers is made from Grenache gris vines planted on the richest terroirs of the estate. The plots, which cannot be mechanized, are cultivated exclusively by hand. Here, half of the Collioure is aged in barrels, the rest in vats. A delicate wine with aromas of vine flowers, white fruits such as pear and citrus fruits (citron). The palate of crunchy fresh fruits is at once frank, expressive and aromatic. A subtle but present bitterness supports the whole. The finale continues with great tension.
