Atal Sia or “so be it” in Languedoc dialect represents the identity of the Boutenac vintage. A deep, intense wine with incredible freshness. This vintage is made from vines aged 60 to 100 years. Manual harvest, carbonic maceration. It is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats.
