The “Classique” Cuvée comes from plots aged 10 to 60 years on a soil mixed with rolled pebbles and limestone. It goes into vatting for 10 to 15 days then is aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats. All the elegance of the Boutenac vintage is enclosed in this bottle. A wine that is both rich, deep and fine, with beautiful acidity, beautiful black fruits and cocoa notes.
