Aged for 11 months in 500-liter barrels, the “L'Intégrale” vintage comes from Gamay Saint-Romain vines planted in the place called Les Pothiers at an altitude of 450 meters. The work accomplished from the harvest to the cellar brings a lot of roundness, finesse and elegance. Rather structured in nature, this wine is a beautiful expression of Gamay Saint-Romain. The floral, fruity and spicy bouquet continues on a rich palate, bursting with crunchy fruit, salivating and precise. We can distinguish woody and subtle notes throughout the tasting. A little nugget from the Côte Roannaises signed Romain Paire who continues to restore his region with wines of very good quality!
